Entangled Support

We're happy to help with your account, your data or anything else about the Entangled app. Email us at hi@entangled.org and we'll usually reply within 24 hours.

Signing In

Entangled signs you in with your mobile phone number and a code we send to it by SMS. If you have trouble creating an account or signing in, email us with the phone number you use for Entangled and a short description of what happened.

Deleting Your Account

You can delete your account in the app under Settings, Delete account.

If you cannot use the app, email hi@entangled.org with your account's phone number. We will check that the number is yours before we delete the account.

When your account is deleted, your phone number, name, username, photo, notes and devices are erased right away. Your random-bit data stays in the scientific record under an anonymous number, and backups are erased within 90 days. This cannot be undone. The full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Your Data and Privacy

To get a copy of your information, or to ask us to correct or delete it, email hi@entangled.org. The app's Terms of Use, Privacy Policy and Communications Policy are on our Terms & Privacy page.

Notifications

Entangled notifies you when your bits show a very interesting trend. From 11 PM to 7 AM your local time they arrive silently. You can turn quiet hours or notifications off in Settings, or turn notifications off in your phone's settings.
